Pool Building FAQs
How Long Will It Take To Build & Install A New Pool?
A new pool will take approximately 6-8 weeks to complete. We start construction as soon as the permit is issued. The permit process can take 2-4 weeks.
How Do I Know if My Backyard is Suitable For A Pool Installation?
We build basic rectangle play pools designed to fit in all back yards. A 12’x 24″ play pool will fit in a back yard as small as 20’x 34′. We can excavate with access low as 4′ wide.
How Long Will My Inground Pool Last?
We build our pools very strong with reinforced rebar and 4000 PSI concrete. We offer a lifetime warranty on the pool shell. If properly maintained there is no reason the pool will not last a lifetime.
Do Pool contractors need to be licensed and insured in Arizona?
Yes, all pool builders in the state of Arizona must have a ROC license and have insurance. At It’s Just A Pool, we are licensed and insured for your peace of mind.
