Warranty Information

  • Lifetime warranty on the pool shell
  • 5-year warranty on the pebble interior
  • 3-year warranty on all pool equipment
  • 5-year warranty on all underground plumbing and electrical work
  • 2-year warranty on all pool coping, decking and tile work

It’s Just a Pool Conditions and Exclusions

The base cost of a pool is conditional on the following:

  • Greater than 5’ of excavation access.
  • Pool Equipment set on the same side of the yard as the Electric Panel.
  • Pool Equipment within 30’ of the pool skimmer.

Exclusions, things It’s Just a Pool is not responsible for:

  • Damage from acts of nature including, but not limited to, rain, pet damage, frost, fire, insects, etc.
  • Pool barrier and code requirements, fencing, alarms and/or automatic door or gate closures.
  • Ongoing maintenance pre project and post project completion.
  • Additional fill dirt and haul away if needed.
  • Hard digs and overbreak due to hard digs or rain wash outs.
  • Unmarked utilities that do not blue stake.
  • Underground irrigation, low voltage, and speaker wire.
  • HOA submittals for approval.
