Warranty Information

- 5-year warranty on the pebble interior
- 3-year warranty on all pool equipment
- 5-year warranty on all underground plumbing and electrical work

It’s Just a Pool Conditions and Exclusions
The base cost of a pool is conditional on the following:
- Greater than 5’ of excavation access.
- Pool Equipment set on the same side of the yard as the Electric Panel.
- Pool Equipment within 30’ of the pool skimmer.
Exclusions, things It’s Just a Pool is not responsible for:
- Damage from acts of nature including, but not limited to, rain, pet damage, frost, fire, insects, etc.
- Pool barrier and code requirements, fencing, alarms and/or automatic door or gate closures.
- Ongoing maintenance pre project and post project completion.
- Additional fill dirt and haul away if needed.
- Hard digs and overbreak due to hard digs or rain wash outs.
- Unmarked utilities that do not blue stake.
- Underground irrigation, low voltage, and speaker wire.
- HOA submittals for approval.
